4 Fab Reasons to Register for Your Wedding at Town Center of Virginia Beach

One of our personal favorite parts of getting engaged is the gift registering experience! Not just the quality time together, it also may be one of the first times where you are intentionally thinking about both of your individual styles and how they will meld together in your home. It's a pretty fun process, and to get you started, we have some great reasons to begin your registry adventure at Town Center of Virginia Beach. In conjunction with our partnered event, the 3rd Annual Love It Up Town Center, on August 4th, Tidewater and Tulle is no stranger to what's happening in the wedding world at Town Center. So put on your date night attire and grab those price scanners! It's time to get registering for the big day.

1. Convenient location.

In the heart of Virginia Beach right off of I-264, Town Center of Virginia Beach is home to all these incredible newlywed-ready stores like the sister brands: Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Williams Sonoma. From kitchenware to bedding to furniture to dishes, you can find everything you need for your home all in one spot. Parking is free, and everything is in easy walking distance from store to store. Be prepared to get distracted though because the window displays will entice you to make a detour from your registering!

2. Fun and easy process at every store.

Checklists and portable scanners are at hand as you peruse potential wedding registry essentials. When registering at Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Williams Sonoma, they even have one central app collective called "The One" so you can see all of your registered finds amongst all three stores. While you can stop in any time, call ahead. There may even be some great goodies you can get just for starting a registry (hint hint go to Williams Sonoma!), and those gifts can inspire you for other must haves.

3. Go in-store for personalized service and then complete your registries online in your comfy clothes.

Online will always have way more goodies than in-store just because of limited inventory space. So after you get set up with that one-on-one attention from the store staff, head home and hop on their respective websites to complete your registries. After you have set everything up, make it easy for your family and friends by sharing how simple it is to order online, especially if they are out-of-town. Since everything is connected, they can even go in-store and find your registry information there as well.

4. Make it a full date night experience.

After all the registering, it's time to date and dine! There are so many delicious restaurants to cater to all cravings at Town Center, that it's an easy step out into a romantic dinner for two. If you're looking for cozy modern Southern food, Tupelo Honey is going to hit the spot with their famous fried green tomatoes or Shoo Mercy dishes. If you prefer what's on tap, get your glasses filled at Gordon Biersch and munch on some ahi tuna nachos.
