Luxurious Yacht Club Tented Wedding

Thomas and Elise had a vision for their day that came to life thanks to the careful planning of Emily Weddings. They wanted a relaxed, fun event that had a feeling of chic luxuriousness against the backdrop of the Cavalier Golf and Yacht Club in Virginia Beach. With soft blue bridesmaid dresses and bouquets of white, this is what waterside wedding dreams are made of. We love the elegance they added to their ceremony with a greenery-laden arch and their reception with drapery and gorgeous height for days made possible by floral chandeliers and tall centerpieces.

It's no secret that we're obsessed with personal details, and Caroline Lima Photography delivered in all the right ways by capturing a gorgeous day and a stunning reception, but above all, our favorite moment shows the ‘why’ behind the wedding as Thomas couldn't hold back the tears when he saw his bride walking down the aisle. It’s love that brought them to this day, and love is what will sustain them through the years.
