Dreamed up by Daytona May Photography and Sterling Dawn Events, these two wanted to incorporate local professionals-- conventional and unconventional to the wedding scene-- with the idea of a morning wedding reception set up on a church property. We typically think of only ceremonies happening at a church, but we often forget that amazing reception locations could also be in our backyards-- literally!
With turning bottles into pale green beauties and crafting homespun bouquets, this stylized shoot showcases the ultimate of the sweet and simple DIY variety. Add Norfolk local food vendors, Waffletina and Hummingbird Macarons , and other wedding pros to the mix, and you have the setting for lovely brunch-laden eye candy.
