Lavender Kisses and Sunset Vibes

Whitney and Tyler met while he was on staff and she was a student at Navy Supply Corps School in Newport, Rhode Island. They may have met one June, but their story would not begin until another five months when Whitney graduated, and destiny had them both receiving orders in Norfolk.

It was in Virginia Beach that Tyler proposed, so it was only perfect that their engagement session with Molly Lichten Photography would also be in the city, but down at the beach this time. With their wedding color of lavender as their inspiration, Whitney wore gorgeous flowy dresses befitting of the coastal winds while Tyler complemented her looks with his own denim and khaki. Warm sunset light greeted them at Fort Story with the lighthouse photobombing their romantic session just perfectly, but we especially loved how they simply celebrated their relationship through these special memories.
