When they were just 16 years old, Tre and Nena met through mutual friends. They spent their first date hanging out by a neighborhood pond watching the sunset, and six years later, just days after their dating anniversary date, Tre asked Nena if she would pick up his nephew from that very pond. Thankfully, she happily agreed because when she arrived, Tre was standing at the end of the pond's bridge. As Nena got closer to him, he dropped down to one knee and asked her to be his wife. Romantic, thoughtful, and oh so genuine, those are the best kinds of proposals ever!
