But like all hopelessly and adorably goofy guys, Jake was quite persistent in pursuing her regardless of the numerous times she avoided his requests for a date. He wasn't going anywhere, and Chelsea began to believe it and conceded to a date. From when he asked her permission to have that first kiss to changing little one year old Emma's dirty diaper, a relationship blossomed, and it was no sooner after that that Chelsea knew he had won her heart.
